Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of CampaignRx made by Davronbek Rustamjonov (trading as "CampaignRx") through our reseller, Paddle.com.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the unlimited plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders.

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Or, email support@campaignrx.app with your order ID or checkout email and we will assist with the refund request through Paddle.
3. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Free tier

The free diagnostic does not involve payment, so refunds do not apply.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster.
